A 2-month course aimed at health care professionals to increase your inner confidence at work

What Will You Get?

  • 4 x 1.5 hours live group sessions over Zoom with me – a mixture of sharing my evidence-based coaching wisdom (with psychological tools based on neuroscience and the ACT framework), and coaching you to find your confidence
  • Recordings of all sessions
  • Workbooks and homework between sessions
  • A 1-hour individual coaching session with me to work on a topic of your choice
  • A small community
  • Support from me throughout the course
  • A toolkit for acting with confidence at work, or wherever you need it.

P.S. I know that you might not make it to all the live sessions due to rota and family commitments; for that reason, you can swap a group session for an extra individual session if you need to.
