This short course is aimed at health care professionals (though I passionately feel that anyone can benefit from these skills). Using a variety of coaching tools and psychological skills based on the ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy) framework you will learn real practical techniques you can use every day to make a difference in your life.

Topics include: what is overwhelm?, a little neuroscience,  self-compassion, getting out of your head and into the present moment, exploring your values and taking values based actions. 

I encourage you to have time to reflect during and after the course to ensure you make the most of your learning.
