The investment in yourself is just £347, and 20% of this will be donated to MIND, the Mental Health Charity.

Feedback from Previous Workshops:

I’d strongly recommend.”

“It was great, would definitely recommend.”
“Shona is wonderful.”
“Do it! Highly recommend.”

Please note that coaching is not the same as therapy and I am running this course as a coach, not in a medical capacity. I absolutely recommend that if you are in the beginning stages of burnout that you see your GP and take time off work. This course is designed for those who are starting to recover from burnout and you will get the most out of this if you are able to take small actions to make a difference to yourself.

Are you ready to make the investment in yourself?
